Successfully completed more than 30 property transactions using 1031 exchanges to convert equity into down payments for larger properties.
Bought and sold over 1400 rental properties and managed multiple companies and properties with up to 50 employees.
Achieved significant success in start-up investments, netting over 20x in 5 companies over the period of 2017-2022.
Possesses real estate licenses in Illinois and California, and a broker's license in Florida.
Returning to real estate investment sales and development in 2023, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects under direct supervision.

2015-2019: Consulted multiple companies in South East Coast in residential and commercial construction contracts, property inspections, and development, with a good understanding of financial and construction industries

Outside of work, I am an avid volleyball player and participate in professional volleyball competitions. This passion for sports has instilled in me a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, which I apply to my professional endeavors.

Professional with a diverse background. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in management of information systems. He has worked for insurance and financial companies, participated in Russian-American medical expeditions, and helped develop a network for a catering business. Alisher is also a skilled musician who has played in local bands. He is passionate about helping people and making a positive impact.
